SAAA Chapter 39 (Adelaide) has organised a SAAA Maintenance Procedures Course to be held in Adelaide on the weekend of 11/12 July.  The new SAAA National Council has agreed to make the course available to non-members of the SAAA, in the spirit of fostering close relationships between recreational aviation clubs in SA.

Consequently, SAAA Chapter 39 would like to extend an invitation to all members or associates of the Sport Aircraft Club of SA, the Adelaide Soaring Club and Aeroscene to participate in the MPC.

The details for the course are as follows:

Venue:  Adelaide Soaring Club clubrooms, Gawler Airfield

Dates:  Sat/Sun 11/12 July

Start Time:  09:00 am

The course will be either an initial course for those who have not already completed an MPC, or a refresher course for those that already hold the qualification.  The course is the same.  Please note that a refresher course is not a requirement, it is simply an option to refresh your knowledge of the relevant regulations.  A weight and balance module is included as part of the MPC.

The cost for the course is as follows:

SAAA member:  Initial – $550 ; Refresher – $150

Non-SAAA member:  Initial – $800 (which includes an optional 1 year membership of the SAAA)
