Just a quick reminder that bookings for the Christmas Dinner on 30 November close next Wednesday, 23 November.

If you are intending to attend the Christmas dinner please book online soon and pay by direct credit to the Club account (details below) as we have to prepay the venue.

We have booked the large room, which holds 100, and need your support for this function.

We are using the large room which has space for 100 (under current rules).

$65 Ticket includes not only dinner and the possibility of fabulous prizes but also an Audio Visual extravaganza of the years events, awards and more.
Please book online and pay direct credit to the Club account as we have to prepay the venue.

Entrée
- Truffle Arancini served with a rocket, pear and parmesan salad.
- Asian Style Prawn and Squid Salad in bean shoot, coriander, mint and a nahm-prik dressing.
Main
- Roast turkey breast served in crispy chort potatoes, sautéed baby spinach, gravy and cranberry sauce.
- Pan Fried Atlantic Salmon in cauliflower puree, honey roasted baby carrots and a dill and lemon hollandaise.
- Char-grilled Beef Fillet served in garlic and chive mash, sautéed brocollini and red wine jus.
Dessert
- Christmas Pudding served with vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce and strawberry.
- Pavlova in strawberry compote, Chantilly cream and passionfruit pulp.
