Truffle Arancini served with a rocket, pear and parmesan salad.
Asian Style Prawn and Squid Salad in bean shoot, coriander, mint and a nahm-prik dressing.

Roast turkey breast served in crispy chort potatoes, sautéed baby spinach, gravy and cranberry sauce.
Pan Fried Atlantic Salmon in cauliflower puree, honey roasted baby carrots and a dill and lemon hollandaise.
Char-grilled Beef Fillet served in garlic and chive mash, sautéed brocollini and red wine jus.
