Dinner and Meeting bookings and cancellations are now via the website.

Please book so that we can advise the venue of the numbers coming for the Meeting as space is limited.

We also need to advise the approximate numbers coming who will be ordering a meal before the meeting.

You need to be logged in the SAC website to make a booking.

Members do not automatically have an account on the website.

Please Email Greg Tabe to register a new account.

Bookings will close at 12:00 on the day of the monthly meeting as we have to advise the Venue the numbers for dinner and space required in the meeting room.

How to Book

  • Login first (click Login on the main menu)
  • Go to the Calendar and click on the SAC Dinner for the month.
    • Note:- if you are using a tablet or phone, touching the SAC Meeting entry will only open a pop up displaying the meeting details – to open the SAC Meeting page touch and hold, then select ‘Open’ from the pop up.
  • Select the ticket type(s) required.
  • Press ‘Send my Booking’
  • You will receive a booking confirmation email.
  • You will also receive a reminder email on the Monday before the meeting

To cancel your booking

  • Login to the website (click Login on the main menu)
  • From the Main Menu, select Calendar>My Bookings
  • Click cancel.
  • You will receive an email acknowledging your cancellation.

To change your booking

  • Login to the website (click Login on the main menu)
  • From the Main Menu, select Calendar>My Bookings
  • Cancel the original booking by clicking Cancel.
  • Re-book as required
  • You will receive two emails, one acknowledging your cancellation and a second confirming your new booking.
